Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Furniture Sales Manager with a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and a pure-play furniture sales track record. Your unique design sensibility combined with deep sales expertise will drive our B2B and luxury retail verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales consultants, setting targets and coaching performance.
• Leverage your design background to consult high-value clients on space planning, material selection, and product customization.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to specify our products for residential and commercial projects.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust project pipeline.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and inventory strategies aligned with seasonal demand.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Prior experience exclusively in furniture sales (no other retail categories).
• Proven ability to read floor plans, understand ergonomics, and recommend finishes.
• Strong negotiation, CRM, and team leadership skills.
