Position: Sales Head

Industry: Elevator Components Manufacturing

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 3–4 Years (Elevator / Engineering / Industrial Products Preferred)

Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)


Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Head who can independently lead and manage the complete sales operations of our Elevator Components Manufacturing business. The candidate should be capable of driving business growth, developing new markets, handling key customers, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong customer base across India.

- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Handle key accounts including elevator manufacturers, OEMs, contractors, and project clients.

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.

- Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.

- Represent the company in exhibitions, business meetings, and client visits.

- Take complete ownership of the sales function and contribute to overall business growth.


Required Skills


- Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Leadership and team management ability.

- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and make strategic business decisions.

- Willingness to travel for business development.
