Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive – Savita Dora
Job Responsibilities (મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ)
1. કંપની દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલા Customer Database મુજબ ગ્રાહકોનો સંપર્ક કરવો.
2. દરરોજ ઓછામાં ઓછા 4 ગ્રાહકોની રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત (Field Visit) કરવી.
3. ગ્રાહકની જરૂરિયાત, વર્તમાન ખરીદી અને બિઝનેસની સંભાવનાઓ સમજવી.
4. ગ્રાહકોને Savita Doraના પ્રોડક્ટ્સ અને તેમની ખાસિયતો વિશે સમજાવવું.
5. સંભવિત ગ્રાહકોને નવા ઓર્ડર આપવા માટે પ્રેરિત કરવા અને Inquiryને Salesમાં કન્વર્ટ કરવી.
6. મુલાકાત પછી ગ્રાહકનો નિયમિત Follow-up કરીને ઓર્ડર મેળવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવો.
7. દરેક મુલાકાતનો રિપોર્ટ, ગ્રાહકનો પ્રતિસાદ અને આગામી Follow-upની માહિતી કંપનીને આપવી.
8. નવા ગ્રાહકો બનાવવા અને કંપનીનું વેચાણ વધારવા માટે કામ કરવું.
Required Skills (જરૂરી આવડત)
- સારી વાતચીત કરવાની અને ગ્રાહકને સમજાવવાની આવડત.
- ગ્રાહકોને રૂબરૂ મળીને બિઝનેસ વિકસાવવાની ક્ષમતા.
- ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી ભાષાનું જ્ઞાન; અંગ્રેજીની સમજ હોય તો પ્રાથમિકતા.
- WhatsApp અને કોમ્પ્યુટરનું મૂળભૂત જ્ઞાન.
- ટેક્સટાઇલ માર્કેટનો અનુભવ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારને પ્રાથમિકતા.
- માર્કેટમાં નિયમિત વિઝિટ કરવાની તૈયારી અને જવાબદારીપૂર્વક કામ કરવાની ટેવ.
