Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Makai Poha manufacturing unit in Surat. This role involves direct customer engagement, sales activities, relationship management, and contributing to business growth within Surat and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales visits to customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Promote company products and identify new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Communicate product details, pricing, and company information effectively.
• Process orders, manage customer follow-ups, and coordinate internally as needed.
• Utilize phone and basic computer applications for daily sales tasks and reporting.
• Submit daily work reports to the company.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with field work and able to travel by bike for sales visits in and around Surat.
• Proficiency in basic computer and mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Basic understanding of English is preferred.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous, but enthusiastic freshers willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with the demands of field sales.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,500.37 - ₹20,088.34
