Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outpost Consultant to represent Club Mahindra at assigned Outpost locations. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, generating leads, promoting Club Mahindra memberships, and coordinating appointments for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities
• Engage with walk-in customers and visitors at the assigned Outpost.
• Promote Club Mahindra holiday membership plans and benefits.
• Generate quality leads and maintain lead records.
• Explain membership features, offers, and holiday experiences.
• Schedule appointments for interested prospects with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and lead generation activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.

• Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a positive personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
