Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Promote and sell domestic & international tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, and travel insurance
- Understand customer requirements and customize travel itineraries accordingly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
- Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales support professionally
- Stay updated on destinations, airline policies, visa rules, and promotional offers
- Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of travel products and destinations
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Sales-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
