Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Backend Sales Operations Executive to support sales through lead generation, calling, customer follow-ups, quotations, CRM/Odoo updates, and sales coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, online platforms, databases, and referrals.
• Make daily calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, BOQs, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Engineering, Production, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, call, and quotation records in CRM/Odoo.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
• Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
• Handle customer communication through calls and emails.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong calling, lead generation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good coordination and documentation skills.
• Basic CRM/ERP knowledge; Odoo is an advantage.
• Electrical/technical product knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are welcome.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
