Job Description
- Identify and reach out to potential clients/leads through calls, social media and events
- Conduct sales calls & meetings to explain CFL's programs and offerings
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present in events, workshops, and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement
