Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Sales Executive to handle online inquiries, communicate with customers, generate sales, and convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product details.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Share product details, quotations, catalogs, and other information with customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART, online sales, or business development.
- Good knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling and follow-up.
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location: Surat, Gujarat | On-Site
