Job description: 

1. Position: Retail Sales Officer (In-house Sales)

Location: Ratnam Enterprise, Tanishq - Ghod Dod Road & Adajan, Surat

Caratlane - Ghod Dod Road & Adajan, Surat Mia – Adajan, Surat

Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.

Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling,

Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

Complete Stock Counting & Tallying

Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up.

Provides outstanding customer service.

Required Skills

1.Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

2.Knowledge of digital platform i.e. Social media & basic computer knowledge

3.Able to work with team

4.Passion for sales
