Job Description

  • Greeting Guests: Welcome customers professionally with a positive attitude as they enter the outlet.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and assist them with menu knowledge (ingredients, combos, and specials).
  • Billing & POS: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash or card payments accurately, and manage billing.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest queries, accommodate special requests, and resolve minor complaints to ensure a great dining experience.
  • Food Preparation & ServiceFood Assembly: Prepare and package food and beverages strictly according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Timely Serving: Serve dishes promptly and courteously to the guests.
  • Kitchen Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and fast service during rush hours.
  • Cleanliness & HygieneDining Area Maintenance: Constantly clean and organize the dining area, set up tables for new guests, and clear tables quickly once guests leave.
  • Workspace Cleanliness: Maintain excellent hygiene standards at the front counter, kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
  • Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene guidelines at all times.
  • Operations & TeamworkInventory Support: Keep track of stock levels (cups, napkins, sauces, etc.) and inform the shift manager about any shortages.
  • Shift Duties: Perform opening and closing duties for the store as required by the shift schedule.
  • Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during high-pressure meal rush hours to maintain speed of service.
