Job Description

  • Welcome patients and provide professional hospitality.
  • Manage appointments, incoming calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Handle patient registration, files, and data entry.
  • Manage billing, payments, and daily collection reports.
  • Follow up with leads and coordinate appointments.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, counsellors, and the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain reception cleanliness and patient confidentiality.
  • Follow clinic rules, uniform, grooming, attendance, and mobile phone policies.
