Real Estate Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Real Estate Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our real estate brokerage and consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, follow-ups, social media management, property marketing, site visit coordination, and overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
• Manage property listings and maintain client databases.
• Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate property photo/video shoots and marketing activities.
• Generate and manage leads from various platforms.
• Maintain daily reports and CRM records.
• Communicate with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Assist in property marketing and sales activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
