Salary Range: โ‚น25,000 โ€“ โ‚น40,000 per month


Job Summary


BeHomes India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities for interior design projects and modular furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in sourcing materials, hardware, and accessories used in modular kitchens and interior projects.


Key Responsibilities


- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing operations.

- Source materials, hardware, laminates, plywood, MDF, fittings, appliances, and accessories for modular furniture and interior projects.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.

- Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and project teams.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.

- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product developments.

- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.


Requirements


- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 2โ€“5 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.

- Experience in Interior Design, Construction, Modular Furniture, Kitchen Manufacturing, or Building Materials Industry preferred.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and inventory management systems.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of hardware, fittings, plywood, laminates, and interior materials will be an added advantage.
