Purchase Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing of home automation products and components
• Source and evaluate vendors for electronic items, hardware, and automation products
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays
• Maintain vendor database, pricing records, and purchase documentation
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams for material planning
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels
