Job Description
- Responsible for managing daily production activities on the assigned floor, ensuring target achievement, quality standards, manpower allocation, line balancing, and discipline.
- Monitor production efficiency, reduce rework and wastage, coordinate with QC, cutting, and finishing departments, and ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain attendance, productivity records, and compliance with factory SOPs.
- Should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills with experience in garment manufacturing operations.
