• Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely production and dispatch of materials as per the requirements of all departments.
• Monitor and improve the performance and productivity of subordinates and production staff.
• Minimize material wastage and production losses through effective planning and supervision.
• Maximize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure proper safety practices for workers, machinery, and resources.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to achieve smooth production operations.
• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved within timelines.
• Maintain discipline, proper documentation, and operational reporting within the production department.
