Production Executive

This role focuses on maintaining the shelf life, batch consistency, and safety parameters of high-volume snacks like Locho, Khaman, Fafda, Farsan/namkeen

• Job Summary: Oversee kitchen and manufacturing hygiene, monitor raw material quality, audit standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure traditional snacks remain fresh with standard shelf-life compliance
• Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Auditing: Monitor oil quality (TPM/FFA levels), frying temperature consistency, and ingredient freshness daily.
• Hygiene Compliance: Enforce kitchen sanitation, pest control, and FSSAI sanitation standards across the production facility and retail storefronts.
• Batch Consistency: Verify that large batches of namkeen, sev, and dhokla mixes meet exact weight, spice, and moisture standards before packaging.
• Inventory Control: Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for incoming raw ingredients (flours, spices, oils) to minimize wastage
• Requirements:
• B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology or Food Science.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in sweet/namkeen manufacturing environments.
• Fundamental knowledge of FSSAI, basic food safety tracking, and local compliance requirements.
