Picker / Packer

*Role:* Picker / Packer

*Workplace:* Warehouse, E-commerce fulfillment center, Grocery / Instamart type dark stores

*Main Responsibilities:*

- *Picking*: Receive picking list on scanner/app and collect items from shelves according to order

- *Packing*: Check product quality, pack items safely with proper packaging to avoid damage

- *Quality Check*: Verify SKU, quantity, expiry date, and barcode before packing

- *Sorting*: Segregate orders by delivery zone/customer and handover to delivery team

- *Inventory Support*: Help with stock replenishment, labeling, and cycle counts

- *Maintain Cleanliness*: Keep work area organized and follow safety/hygiene rules

- *Speed + Accuracy*: Meet daily targets while maintaining low error rate

*Skills Required:*

- Basic reading + ability to use scanner/handheld device

- Physical stamina for lifting 5-15kg and standing/walking

- Attention to detail and speed

- Team coordination
