✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of personal loans, interest rates, EMI, and eligibility criteria.

• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand financial needs.

• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, loan portals).

• Target-driven, confident, and proactive personality.

🌟 Your Responsibilities:

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable personal loan products.

• Explain loan details clearly: loan amount, interest rate, EMI, tenure, processing fees, and         

         repayment terms.

• Generate leads through calling, referrals, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

• Convert leads into disbursements by providing proper guidance and documentation       

         support.

• Assist customers with loan application, verification, and approval process.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Ensure proper documentation and loan disbursement as per company guidelines.
