Job Description

Our is an early morning start at 4:30 am with full day operations. Afternoon rest is available. Weekly Off as per discussion. This is a hand on role not an office timing.

  • Manage daily factory production and shop operations
  • Handle staff attendance, replacements & discipline
  • Ensure taste consistency & hygiene standards
  • Coordinate between factory and multiple outlets
  • Supervise packing, dispatch & stock movement
  • Solve daily operational issues independently
  • Basic reporting of production & outlet sales
