Operation Head

Basic Requirements:

• Should have experience in Manpower Security / Security agency / Security Company.
• Able to drive four-wheeler with valid license.
• Able to make excel reports, e-mail reply, incident report making.

Head - Operations:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of security manpower services across multiple locations.
• Ensure effective recruitment, deployment, and scheduling of security personnel.
• Monitor service delivery standards and implement quality control measures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; address escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, labor, and licensing requirements related to security services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operations managers, supervisors, and field staff.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
