Operation Executive

Engineering background is first priority in this. You are responsible for managing the complete client lifecycle from inquiry conversion through project delivery and post-delivery support. The role acts as the primary bridge between clients, the internal team, and the partner organization to ensure smooth execution of all assignments and projects.

You need to handle work in our ERP system . You need to manage customer order entries, Create purchase orders, delivery schedule and team member's co ordination alogn with co ordination as per work allocation You also need to deal with customers through call and message for query resolution .
