Hiring: Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser – Menswear

Location: Udhna, Surat

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Merchandiser cum Designer – Menswear to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on our brands Hamptons and Anouk by Myntra, managing the complete product development process from concept to production. The candidate should have a strong understanding of menswear trends, garment construction, fabric selection, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new collections for men's kurtas, Nehru jackets, short kurtas, and shirts.

Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands.

Select fabrics, trims, accessories, and other raw materials.

Coordinate with vendors and production teams for sample development.

Monitor sampling, fitting, and product development until final approval.

Follow up on production to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Maintain product specifications, tech packs, and merchandising records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Use Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
