Roles and Responsibilities:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience
- Experience in welding and fabrication of structures/ equipments
- Able to do manpower planning and execute various tasks
- Able to hire suitable manpower as and when required
- To make project schedules and work plans
- Able to identify bottlenecks and resolve various production issues
- Able to delivery projects with quality within agreed timelines
- Good communication skills and client management
