• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Manage email marketing (campaigns, follow-ups, customer communication)
• Handle online/digital marketing activities
• Manage CRM and work with Team
• Create and share promotional content by using Canva Pro, Chat GPT, AI etc
• Manage social media pages and online leads
• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
• Track and report campaign performance

• Must know Canva Pro, Adobe etc
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp & Email Marketing
• Good understanding of Digital / Online Marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer & internet knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
