Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Loan Collection Executive to manage outstanding loan payments, follow up with customers, and ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional approach to customer handling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and follow up on overdue loan payments.
• Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve payment delays and arrange repayment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.
• Visit customers when required for payment follow-ups.
• Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
• Follow company policies and applicable regulations during the collection process.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
