Jewellery Sales Associate

The candidate will handle customer inquiries, explain diamond quality, show jewellery designs, follow up with leads, close sales, and maintain good customer relationships. Candidate should be able to sell both loose lab-grown diamonds and diamond jewellery to retail and B2B customers.

Key Requirements:

Experience in diamond / jewellery sales is preferred. Candidate should have knowledge of diamond shapes, sizes, clarity, color, certification, pricing, and jewellery designs. Good communication, customer handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills are required.
