Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day influencer outreach, coordination, and campaign execution. In this role, you will identify creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, negotiate deliverables, ensure timely content delivery, and track campaign performance.


​Key Responsibilities

​Discovery & Outreach: Research, scout, and build databases of relevant nano, micro, and macro creators aligning with brand guidelines.


​Negotiation & Onboarding: Conduct daily outreach via DM and email; negotiate deliverables, pricing (paid or barter), and usage rights within set budgets.


​Campaign Coordination: Send creative briefs, coordinate product gifting/dispatch, follow up on delivery timelines, and approve content drafts.


​Compliance & Quality Check: Ensure creator content follows brand guidelines, FTC/ASCI compliance tags (#ad, #collab), and includes correct discount codes/links.


​Tracking & Reporting: Maintain master spreadsheets of creator communications, monitor live posts, gather campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, reach, engagement rate), and prepare weekly summary reports.


​Relationship Management: Maintain warm, professional relationships with creators and agencies for long-term collaborations.
