Sales Executive – Industrial Air Compressor
Position: Sales Executive – Industrial Air Compressor
Department: Sales & Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Nearby Areas of Surat
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Senior Management
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop business opportunities for Industrial Air Compressors used in Airjet Textile Machinery and textile manufacturing facilities. This role requires a candidate who can understand customer requirements, generate sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting compressor solutions, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:-
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers within textile weaving units and manufacturing industries.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, industry networks, and other channels.
- Develop new business opportunities for industrial air compressor solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
Sales & Customer Management
- Understand customer compressed-air requirements and operational needs
- Conduct customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Project Coordination & SupportCoordinate
- installation and commissioning activities with technical teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and service departments.
- Follow up on customer feedback and service requirements.
- Support payment collection and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Reporting & Market Development
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide market intelligence to management.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Education
Any Graduate - Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering / MBA preferred.
Experience
- Experienced Candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compressor, industrial equipment, engineering products, or textile industry sales.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Technical sales experience will be an added advantage.
