Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Handle new employee joining documentation and onboarding formalities.

Maintain and update employee master data and personnel records.

Process PF, ESIC, and other statutory employee registrations.

Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.

Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and other employee documents.

Assist in employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
