Job Description

Identify manpower requirements with department heads.

Prepare hiring plans and recruitment targets.

Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates.

Manage job portals, referrals and candidate databases.

Ensure vacancies are closed within the required TAT.

Handle joining formalities and documentation.

Conduct employee induction and onboarding.

Manage resignation, exit interviews and Full & Final process.

Monitor daily attendance and late coming.

Maintain leave records.

Ensure employees follow attendance and leave policies.

Set and monitor KPIs/KRAs.

Conduct performance reviews.

Identify underperforming employees and coordinate improvement plans.

Track employee productivity.
