Job Description

Position:- HR & Admin

Work days:- Mon – Sat

Work timings:- 10:30 am to 8:30 pm

 


Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring structured hiring, policy implementation, employee discipline, and a system-driven work environment across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job design, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, negotiation, and finalization of candidates
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including document collection, verification, induction, and system updates
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, Joining Letters with Job Descriptions, and all employment-related documents in a timely and structured manner
  • Lead implementation and usage of HRMS (Zoho or any adopted system), ensuring all HR processes are system-driven and regularly updated
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee records in the system, including personal details, documents, attendance, and employment history
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and procedures across the organization
  • Identify gaps in execution of policies and processes, take corrective actions, and ensure proper closure
  • Ensure all employees sign employment agreements and policy documents, and maintain proper records for future reference
  • Manage performance-related processes, including tracking of employee performance, facilitating reviews, and supporting management in performance discussions
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees when required to address role clarity, performance issues, or conflicts
  • Ensure employees adhere strictly to their defined job roles and responsibilities, avoiding role overlap and confusion
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including festival celebrations and workplace initiatives to improve morale
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, and keep HR policies updated as per legal requirements
  • Manage the employee exit process, including formalities, documentation, and system updates
  • Coordinate and support training, induction, and development initiatives as required
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities, including ensuring availability of stationery and basic office requirements for all employees
  • Support overall office discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning
