Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, meeting business targets, and promoting IndiaMART services to potential customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit potential clients in the assigned area to generate new business
• Explain and sell IndiaMART subscription packages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Follow up on leads provided by the company
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduation (Compulsory)
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
• Ability to work in field and meet targets
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
