Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other customers regularly.
• Generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop new customers and expand the market.
• Maintain good relationships with existing retailers and customers.
• Promote company products and introduce new products to customers.
• Take orders and ensure timely order follow-up.
• Monitor product availability and stock at customer locations.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding payments, if required.
• Provide regular updates on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Complete daily field visits and submit visit/sales reports through the company's system or mobile application.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Retail Sales, or Distributor Sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the local market is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned area.

Experience: FMCG sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
