Satvta Sattvik Private Limited is a fast-growing B2B brand in the premium building materials space. We manufacture and distribute a highly innovative, next-generation product: Flexible Stone Veneer (real stone that bends and applies to walls like wallpaper!).


We dominate our offline networks, and now we are expanding our reach across India. We are looking for ambitious Tour Sales Executive who love traveling, building networks, and closing deals. If you want a fixed salary plus massive incentive growth, your playground is ready.


Job Overview

  • Company Name: Sattva Sattvik Private Limited
  • Location: Based out of Surat, Gujarat (Requires frequent multi-day travel across various cities and states)
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Field Sales / B2B Sales (Experience in building materials, plywood, hardware, paints, or laminates is a major plus)
  • Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives + Travel & TA/DA Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your core job is simple: Drive product awareness and secure B2B orders across India.
  • Market Exploration (Touring): Travel extensively to assigned states and cities to identify potential wholesale and retail markets.
  • B2B Client Pitching: Visit targeted retail counters (plywood shops, laminate & veneer showrooms, interior hardware stores) and deliver high-impact live product demonstrations of our flexible stone veneer.
  • Dealer Network Expansion: Convert premium interior showrooms into active dealer-partners and wholesalers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain post-visit communication with dealers to secure repeat orders and smooth out supply coordination.

  • The Travel Lover: Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the road, exploring new cities, and meeting new people. You must be comfortable with outstation tours.
  • The Relentless Communicator: Highly confident, smooth talker in Hindi (regional languages are a plus) who can confidently pitch to shop owners and distributors.
  • The Product Storyteller: You can hold a piece of stone, explain its flexibility, and make a dealer say, "My customers will love this."
  • Prior Field Experience: You understand how a typical Indian hardware/laminate market operates and how to talk to retail business owners.
