Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings
• Promote Epoxy Flooring, Industrial Flooring, Art Resin, Ultra Clear Epoxy, PU Coatings, and related products
• Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, industrial clients, and distributors
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical benefits to clients
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project requirements
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information 

Requirements:

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Experience in field sales, construction chemicals, paints, coatings, flooring, or industrial products is preferred
• Good negotiation and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
