Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions designed specifically for the weaving and textile industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting weaving unit owners and decision-makers, demonstrating software features, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within weaving units, textile mills, and related manufacturing industries.

Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and understand their operational requirements.

Present and demonstrate software solutions to customers.

Explain product features, benefits, and ROI to prospective clients.

Generate leads through market research, referrals, and networking.

Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience in field sales, B2B sales, software sales, or textile industry sales preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Basic understanding of ERP, software solutions, or textile/weaving processes is an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
