Executive Engineer

Job Title:* Electronics Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / AMC & Maintenance Engineer / Machine Service & Repair Technician

*Qualification:*

ITI / Diploma in Electrician, Fitter, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related technical field.

*Experience:*

Fresher to 2–3 Years

Freshers with good practical knowledge can also apply.

## Job Responsibilities

* Installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of electronic and electrical machines.

* Visit customer locations for machine installation, service and troubleshooting.

* Diagnose electrical, electronic and mechanical faults in machines.

* Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.

* Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service visits and maintain service records.

* Check and replace faulty components such as sensors, switches, relays, SMPS, power supplies, motors, LEDs, PCBs, connectors and wiring.

* Perform basic PCB inspection, testing and fault finding.

* Use multimeter, power supply and other basic testing instruments for troubleshooting.

* Handle machine wiring, cable connections, connectors and electrical assemblies.

* Perform mechanical fitting, machine assembly, alignment and adjustment work.

* Troubleshoot motors, power supply circuits, sensors and control systems.

* Install software/firmware or perform basic machine configuration when required.

* Provide machine demonstrations and basic operating training to customers.

* Attend customer service complaints and resolve issues professionally.

* Maintain service reports, installation reports and machine maintenance history.

* Coordinate with the technical team for complex machine problems.

* Perform testing and quality checks after repair or servicing.

* Support machine assembly and final testing at the company workshop when required.

* Travel to customer locations for installation and service work.

## Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components.

* Understanding of AC/DC voltage, power supply and electrical wiring.

* Basic knowledge of sensors, motors, switches, relays, SMPS and PCB connections.

* Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing tools.

* Basic mechanical fitting and assembly skills.

* Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine faults.

* Willingness to travel for customer service visits.

* Good problem-solving and practical technical skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

## Preferred Candidate

* ITI Electrician / Fitter candidates with machine maintenance experience.

* Diploma holders in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.

* Candidates having experience in electronics repair, industrial machines, automation equipment or field servicing will be preferred.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

* Candidate should be willing to learn electronics, machines and new technologies.
