Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Event Supervisor / Promoter / Manager to manage and promote events, coordinate operations, and ensure smooth execution of activities at the venue. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and promoting events to attract visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and service providers.
• Manage on-ground event operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Promote events through local marketing and networking.
• Handle visitor queries and ensure good customer experience.
• Manage event staff and ensure discipline and proper duty allocation.
• Monitor ticketing, entry management, and event arrangements.
• Maintain coordination with management and submit event reports.
