Install single-phase and three-phase smart electricity meters at residential, commercial, and industrial consumer locations.

Remove existing energy meters and replace them with smart meters as per project guidelines.

Perform wiring, cable termination, and electrical connections safely and accurately.

Test installed meters to ensure proper functioning and communication with the system.

Configure and commission smart meters using handheld devices or mobile applications.

Ensure accurate meter reading, consumer details, GPS location, and installation photographs are captured.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), electrical safety regulations, and company policies.

Identify and resolve basic electrical faults during meter installation.

Coordinate with supervisors, field engineers, and utility representatives for daily work allocation.

Educate consumers on the basic usage and benefits of smart meters.

Maintain daily installation reports and submit work completion records on time.

Handle installation tools, testing equipment, and company assets responsibly.

Report damaged meters, unsafe conditions, or technical issues immediately to the supervisor.

Ensure quality workmanship and achieve daily installation targets.

Travel to assigned project locations as per the work schedule
