We are looking for an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces. This role will head the e-commerce function, manage day-to-day operations, and drive growth across platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end e-commerce operations across all marketplaces

• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) with platform account managers

• optimize product listings, cataloging, and content if needed as team is already there 

• Handle platform-specific tools such as pricing calculators, ad dashboards, and analytics

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (ads, visibility, promotions)

• Monitor and manage claims, returns, and platform issues

• Track daily/weekly sales, inventory, and performance metrics using Excel

• Oversee and guide the execution team to ensure smooth operations

• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale revenue

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, inventory, logistics)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa seller panels

• Deep understanding of ads, listings, claims, pricing, and platform algorithms

• Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, basic formulas, dashboards)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Leadership ability to manage and oversee a team

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Experience:

• 3–6 years in e-commerce operations (preferably fashion/apparel)

• Experience handling mid to large scale catalog (high SKU volume preferred)
