Job Description

Manage seller accounts on e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio etc.

Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.

Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and customer-related queries.

Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product status.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams regarding account and operational issues.

Track product performance, sales, and order-related reports.

Identify listing errors and resolve them promptly.

Maintain accurate records of products, orders, inventory, and marketplace activities.

Assist in improving product visibility and sales performance.

Follow marketplace policies, guidelines, and processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for product cataloguing, inventory, dispatch, and other requirements.
