Job Description
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, and Snapdeal.
- Process and monitor daily customer orders.
- Update product information, pricing, inventory, and images.
- Handle product listing claims, catalog corrections, and listing-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing approvals and issue resolution.
- Track order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order processing.
- Follow marketplace policies and quality standards.
