Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Shopify and marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and online marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of SEO, MS Excel, and inventory management.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Jewellery or fashion industry experience is an added advantage.
