Job Description

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify store operations.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and product visibility.
  • Monitor orders, returns, refunds, customer issues and marketplace account health.
  • Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversions and revenue.
  • Analyze sales performance, competitors, customer behaviour and market trends.
  • Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track advertising performance, profitability and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing, warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor inventory, marketplace settlements, commissions and financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and implement strategies to improve business growth.
