Job Description

Location: Sachin, Surat

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing & Export


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage jewellery products on Etsy, eBay, Shopify & Amazon.
  • Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, tags & keywords.
  • Manage orders, inventory, pricing and product updates.
  • Handle international customer queries, orders, returns and reviews.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch & Logistics teams.
  • Monitor competitors, jewellery trends and marketplace performance.
  • Prepare basic e-commerce sales and performance reports.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Etsy & eBay marketplace management.
  • Knowledge of jewellery products and specifications.
  • Product listing, marketplace SEO & keyword optimization.
  • International customer handling and communication.
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good English communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Preferred: Experience in jewellery e-commerce and international markets.
