E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive who can manage online marketplace operations, product listings, digital content, and basic marketing activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple e-commerce platforms while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Marketplace Management

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order management.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams for account-related issues.

SEO & Keyword Research

• Conduct keyword research for product listings and website content.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
• Support basic SEO activities for website and blogs.
• Track keyword rankings and listing performance.
• Content & Image CreationCreate product images, banners, and promotional creatives using AI tools and design software.
• Generate AI images and marketing creatives for social media and marketplaces.
• Coordinate product photography and image optimization.

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram page and content posting.
• Create captions, reels concepts, stories, and engagement activities.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Accounting & ReportingMaintain basic sales and expense records.
• Work with invoices, GST documents, and marketplace reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation.

Website Management

• Upload products and update content on Shopify/WordPress websites.
• Perform basic website maintenance and content updates.
• Support blog uploads and internal linking activities.

Required Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Basic accounting and Excel skills.
• Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, AI image generation tools, or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram content management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Preferred Qualifications1–3 years of E-commerce experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in D2C, health supplements, wellness, or consumer products is a plus.
