Job Description
Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Company: ANK Solar Energy (EPC)
Location: Surat
Role Summary
Handle end-to-end dispatch — from order to delivery. You will coordinate between customer, warehouse, transporter, and sales team to ensure every solar project material reaches site on time.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers to confirm delivery date and site readiness
Arrange transport and confirm vehicle before dispatch
Prepare challan, invoice, and e-way bill
Coordinate with warehouse for material packing and loading
Track shipment and update customer and salesperson on delivery status
Share daily dispatch report with the team
Requirements
1–2 years experience in dispatch or logistics
Good communication in Hindi & Gujarati
Comfortable on calls with customers and transporters
Basic Excel and WhatsApp
Solar or construction material experience preferred\
