Job Description
We're a 9-year-old railway advertising agency (7+ states) working with Paytm, Suzuki, SENCO, Dabur.
Build our SMB lead pipeline. Own full cycle: source → qualify → pitch → close. Start with ₹2L–₹50L deals, expand to corporates.
Responsibilities:
- Source 15–20 leads/month (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, phone)
- Close 3–5 deals/month
- Maintain CRM pipeline
- Match client budget to solutions
- Track metrics weekly
Requirements:
- 2–3 years B2B sales/lead gen
- Proven closing track record
- CRM discipline
- Self-starter mentality
- Gujarati/Hindi speaker (preferred)
